About 3-and-a-half years ago I was in the best shape of my life, but I started to gain weight. It was a few pounds here and a few pounds there. Next thing I know, it added up to a total of 40 lbs up!
So I did what I knew to do… I hit the gym hard and started cutting out certain foods to get fit. Starvation/deprivation diets, speedy diet pills, magic drink sticks, meal replacement shakes, shots from the doctor… you name it and I’ve probably tried it. I even secretly bought some of the old products I had sold in the past and had success with. But it didn’t matter this time, the weight just wasn’t coming off.
I was completely stressed out! I was in a work environment where I was not celebrated. I had struggles in my personal life. First, let me say this program is "Top Shelf"! I have had several changes happening! First & foremost, my bloating, swelling, inflammation has decreased immensely! The aches in my elbow and finger joints no longer ache, which means no more having to take ibuprofen.
Now, here's the best news ever! Here's a list of medications for my blood pressure this WAS daily, Carvedilol x2/day, Hydralazine 4 x/day, Chlorthalidone x 1, Lisinopril x 1, Losartan x 1 and a water pill. Yes, it took this much to keep me around 146/98 which still is considered high. A week ago I felt faint, weak I had to lay down so I did just that I took my BP it was 68/40 I called my nurse, we discussed what I had eaten & taken, turns out I now was taking too many BP meds because of the weight loss and changed diet my BP was way lower so I was over medicating! So we dropped 3 medications the Hydralazine & Chlorthalidone! & water pill 😊😊😊
The strength in my hands, arms & legs have increased, I can walk further, my skin looks better, my clothes are loose, I sleep better and I am less stressed.
PS...I would never wear this t-shirt I always wore baggy clothes, even my back lost fat! 😢 Happy tears my beloved friends.
